Pakistan, India border troops exchange fire


Pakistan, India border troops exchange fire Pakistani and Indian border troops exchanged fire on Friday across the working boundary in Shakargarh sector, said Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).

No loss of life or property has been reported so far, said the statement.

ISPR claimed that the Punjab Rangers “befittingly” responded to the “unprovoked” firing by their Indian counterparts.

The exchange of fire initiated at 9am and continued for half and hour, ISPR said.
